Use Crossleaf like an app
Add Crossleaf to your home screen and it opens full screen, without the browser bar. Same account, same library.
Crossleaf can sit on your home screen next to your other apps. Opened from there it fills the screen, without the address bar and the tabs, which gives a phone a few more lines of the page.
iPhone and iPad
- Open crossleaf.app in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add.
Android
- Open crossleaf.app in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
- Tap Install.
Mac and Windows
- Open crossleaf.app in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install Crossleaf.
- Confirm, and Crossleaf opens in its own window.
It is the same Crossleaf either way: you are signed in with the same account, and your library, your membership and your leaves are exactly where you left them. Nothing is downloaded and there is nothing to update — the icon opens the site, so you always have the current version. To remove it, delete the icon the way you would any other.
