September 2026: a hardening pass

A full security audit and bug sweep: safer sessions, capped uploads, three chapters translating at once, metered polish, and PDFs in every language.

A single day's work, but a lot landed:

  • Accounts. Changing your password now signs out every other device, and deleting your account asks for your password.
  • Translation queue. Three chapters translate at once across all readers, two per reader, so one big batch no longer makes everyone wait.
  • Edits are safe during translation. Hand-edits made while another version is translating are kept.
  • Quotes match the charge. The price shown before a batch is computed the same way the hold is, including for Chinese and Japanese.
  • PDF export now embeds fonts for Korean, Japanese and Chinese, and EPUBs carry the right language tag.
  • Polishing a chapter is metered, like every other model call.

Plus many smaller fixes to import, headings in Chinese, Japanese and Korean, and the reader.
